At We Elevate, coaching and mentorship serve two different purposes.
Coaching is structured, strategic, and goal-driven. It is designed to help you identify where you are in business, where you want to go, and what steps you need to take to get there. Coaching focuses on strategy, accountability, decision-making, systems, growth, and execution. The coach helps you work through challenges, create a plan, and stay on track.
Mentorship is more experience-based and relational. It provides guidance, perspective, encouragement, and wisdom from someone who has walked a similar path. Mentorship is less formal than coaching and often centers on support, insight, and helping you navigate your journey with advice rooted in lived experience.
In simple terms:
Coaching helps you build the plan and move with intention.
Mentorship helps you learn from someone who has been where you are.

Over 90 days, you’ll receive personalized coaching, strategic feedback, and accountability to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
For entrepreneurs who already have a book of business but need clear strategy, structure, and next-step guidance to grow with intention.
This 90-day coaching experience is designed for the business owner who is no longer trying to figure out how to start, but instead needs support deciding what comes next. Whether you are trying to increase revenue, tighten your operations, strengthen your offers, improve your client experience, or prepare for your next level of growth, this coaching package gives you focused guidance, accountability, and strategy. This is not a good fit for newer entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs who aren’t yet making consistent revenue.
